Agricultural technology · Engineering · Production

Engineering the future of agriculture.

From feasibility and greenhouse design to construction, operation and commercial harvest. One partner for the whole life of an agricultural project.

ORIAL Agrotech Solutions

We bring engineering, agricultural science and operational expertise together to build and run modern agricultural production systems.

Many companies can build a greenhouse. Fewer can make it produce. We plan every project around the crop it will grow, build the infrastructure it needs, and stay to run it. ORIAL Agrotech Solutions is part of ORIAL GROUP.

Our core capabilities

Three capabilities. One partner from concept to harvest.

Hydroponic agriculture

Growing without soil, managed like a production line.

Hydroponics replaces soil with a controlled root zone. Water, nutrients and oxygen reach the plant in measured amounts, and every variable can be watched and adjusted. Done well, it is a disciplined commercial method, not an experiment.

Nutrient Film Technique

NFT systems

A thin film of nutrient solution flows along slightly sloped channels past the roots, then returns to the tank to be measured, corrected and pumped again.

Leafy greens, lettuce, basil and herbs

  • Sloped growing channels
  • Recirculating nutrient flow
  • Root development in open channels
  • Tank, pump and return line

Bato bucket

Dutch bucket systems

Each plant grows in its own bucket of coco-based media, fed by drip lines. Drainage is collected and can be recirculated, which suits long-cycle fruiting crops.

Cherry tomatoes and fruiting crops

  • Coco-based growing media
  • Drip irrigation to every plant
  • Drainage and recirculation
  • Vertical training on strings

Nutrient and water management

The solution is the crop’s whole diet, so it is measured and corrected continuously.

Water quality
Source water is analysed first, because what it carries builds up in a closed loop.
pH
Kept in the range where roots can take up every nutrient.
EC
Solution strength matched to the crop and its growth stage.
Nutrient balance
Formulas built per crop and adjusted as the plant develops.
Irrigation scheduling
Feeding timed to light, temperature and plant demand.
Root zone
Temperature and oxygen kept in check so roots stay healthy.
Circulation
Flow, drainage and solution renewal planned as one system.

What a well-managed system offers

  • Measured use of water and nutrients
  • Cleaner produce grown off the ground
  • Steadier quality from cycle to cycle
  • Production that can be planned and repeated

Our produce

Grown in water. Picked for flavour.

Varieties we grow and can produce in hydroponic systems. Availability depends on season and production planning, so ask us about current supply.

  • Leafy greens

    Batavia lettuce

Crisp, ruffled leaves with a fresh, mild bite.

  • Leafy greens

    Oakleaf lettuce

Soft, lobed leaves with a buttery texture.

  • Leafy greens

    Baby rock lettuce

Compact heads with crunchy, sweet hearts.

  • Leafy greens

    Lollo rosso

Frilly red-tipped leaves that bring colour to a plate.

  • Aromatic herbs

    Fresh basil

Fragrant leaves grown clean and harvested young.

  • Fruiting crops

    Cherry tomatoes

Bite-size fruit ripened on the vine in Dutch buckets.

Greenhouse engineering & construction

From an empty site to a working greenhouse.

We design and build the whole facility: structure, climate, water and the growing systems, planned around the crop and the site from day one.

  1. 1

    Project consultation

Goals, crop, budget and timeline agreed before anything is drawn.

  2. 2

    Site assessment

Land, water source, power, access and climate checked on site.

  3. 3

    Engineering & design

Structure, layout and systems designed together.

  4. 4

    Structural construction

Foundations, frame, cover and openings built to the design.

  5. 5

    Systems installation

Climate, irrigation, fertigation and hydroponic systems installed.

  6. 6

    Testing & commissioning

Every system tested and handed over ready to plant.

Within our scope

  • Agricultural project planning
  • Greenhouse design and structure
  • Climate control and ventilation
  • Cooling and shading
  • Irrigation and fertigation
  • Hydroponic infrastructure
  • Water storage and distribution
  • Electrical and control systems

Climate & agricultural systems

Systems that work as one climate.

Stable growing conditions come from systems that respond to each other. Air, light, water and nutrients are designed as a single environment.

Greenhouse operation & management

Built to grow. Managed to perform.

A greenhouse earns its return in operation. We can run the whole production cycle for owners, or support an existing team, from the planting plan to the harvest crate.

Our project approach

One cycle, from first conversation to every new season.

Our method closes the loop: what we learn while operating feeds back into the next decision.

  1. Consult

Understand the goal, the site and the market.

  2. Design

Engineer the facility around the crop.

  3. Build

Construct the structure to the design.

  4. Install

    Fit and commission every system.

  5. Operate

    Run production day to day.

  6. Improve

Measure, learn and refine each season.
